Jecture combines advanced manufacturing technologies with decades of experience to deliver validated, repeatable needle and system solutions—from prototype to high-volume series production. With end-to-end capabilities in R&D/prototyping, precision grinding & electrochemical processes (ECG/ECC), high-precision assembly & packaging, and integration of injection-molded plastic parts, Jecture helps de-risk combination products. Robust lifecycle practices like change control (PCN), audit-ready documentation & CAPA, and long-term supply stability ensure reliable scale-up.
Jecture doesn’t just supply needles — it delivers validated needle systems that de-risk approved combination products by ensuring patient safety, process stability, and regulatory compliance across the entire product lifecycle. It offers precise tip & bevel geometries (e.g., QUINTUM Needle™ (5-bevel), standard bevels, and specialty designs like pencil point, Huber tip, Tuohy, and lancets) plus critical surface processes such as siliconization, polishing, laser marking, notching, and anti-coring to enable stable injection force and minimal particle risk. Jecture also provides customized needle solutions—tailoring material, length, surface finishing, and special features for high-volume programs.
