With the successful rollout of our new vision, mission, and values at Jecture Polska, accompanied by an inspiring and high-energy workshop with the local management team, we’ve taken another important step forward in our group-wide transformation.
The focus was on personal exchange, mutual learning, and open dialogue—sending a strong signal of unity and shared purpose.
In addition to the management workshop, we also held a Townhall Meeting with all employees in Poland, ensuring that our vision, mission, and values reached the entire team. The response was incredibly positive and underlined the strong engagement and motivation of our Polish colleagues.
Following the successful launch in Germany, CEO Stephan Schatz and CFO Thomas Duy visited our team in Poland to present the new strategic direction in person. The energy and willingness to contribute were impressive and reflected the strong cohesion within the Jecture Group.
