Today, we introduce Martin Sorf, PhD, Managing Director, and share his perspective on responsibility, collaboration, and what makes working at Jecture special.

What does working at Jecture mean to you personally?

For me, working at Jecture is primarily about responsibility and the opportunity to shape the future. I have the chance not only to manage processes but also to actively contribute to the company’s strategic direction – particularly in the cannula business, which is crucial to our future growth and our mission of creating a healthier world.

What motivates me personally is the combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and the direct impact on market success. At Jecture, it is not just about manufacturing – it is about creating real value for our customers and, ultimately, for patients.

What do you value most about working together at Jecture?

How do you notice in your daily work that what you do at Jecture makes a difference?

I see the impact every day – whether through customer projects, new product developments, or the continuous evolution of our business strategy.

It is especially evident in building a clearly structured production and sales organization, where strategic decisions are translated directly into tangible results: new customers, high-quality cannula systems, and a stronger market position.

When an idea turns into a customer order or a long-term partnership, I know that our work is making a real difference.
