When I started my apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant at Jecture Germany, I was looking for a place where I could gain practical experience, take on responsibility, and develop my strengths.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to gain insights into different areas of the company – from sales and production planning to logistics and organizational tasks.
Working across different departments has given me a much better understanding of how the company works and has allowed me to gradually take on my own responsibilities.
What I particularly appreciate is the opportunity to learn something new every day, work with different teams, and grow both professionally and personally.
My experience has shown me that an apprenticeship can be much more than simply learning a profession – it can be the start of a career in an environment where you feel supported and valued.
